General Terms
- These terms of service (“Terms”) govern the provision of computer repair and IT services by Glenwood Computer Services LLC to the customer (“Customer”).
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- A deposit may be required for certain services, such as data recovery or specialized parts.
Warranty and Guarantee
- The Service Provider guarantees its work for 30 days from the date of service.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Data Security and Confidentiality
- The Service Provider will take reasonable measures to protect the Customer’s data and maintain confidentiality.
- The Service Provider will not access or disclose the Customer’s data without permission, except as necessary to provide the services.
Acceptance
- By using the services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
